What we are looking for
We are looking for a Maintenance Labourer that is handy with tools, not afraid to get hands dirty, has a can do attitude and is driven to learn to help us out as we get busier and take on more clients resulting to more jobs. You will be undertaking a variety of property maintenance tasks and no day will be the same.
The role:
- Undertake landscaping related jobs such as but not limited to mowing, weed-eating, cutting bush and trees, weed control right up to laying paving materials.
- Undertake external washing jobs such as house and driveway water-blasting.
- Undertake handyman related jobs such as but not limited to replacing light bulbs, repairing door handles, replacing seals, shower slides, laying tiles, installing cabinets and other general repairs.
- Undertake painting related tasks such as sanding, filling and painting.
- Undertake flooring related tasks such as laying vinyl flooring and carpet.
- Undertake insulation related tasks such crawling in to tight spaces to install insulation and moisture barriers.
Experience and education
- Experience in similar work preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.
- Strong and fit, able to handle physical work.
- Must have full drivers license.
